Editorial email channels
Three addresses route to the editorial desk. Corrections ([email protected]) for inaccuracies in published pages. Tips ([email protected]) for material changes you think should be in the news register. General enquiries ([email protected]) for everything else.
Response time
The desk responds within two to four working days. Corrections that require a published update take longer — the editorial process involves verification, drafting, sign-off and republication. Tips that become news register entries are acknowledged when the entry is published.
What we do not respond to
We do not respond to promotional pitches, link-exchange requests or SEO service offers. We do not respond to anonymous complaints about operators. We do not respond to legal threats or demands for content removal without a court order.
RoyalPand customer care is separate
This site is the editorial guide. RoyalPand customer care handles account, KYC, deposit and withdrawal queries. The customer care hub explains how to reach them through the in-lobby chat, email and in-app ticket form. Do not send account queries to the editorial addresses above — they will not be forwarded.
Other ways to reach the editorial desk
Beyond email, the editorial desk is reachable through the form on the contact page of the editorial site. The form routes to the editorial inbox; the desk responds within two to four working days. The form does not subscribe the user to any newsletter; the desk does not send marketing emails.
The desk is also reachable through the editorial site's RSS feed. The feed is published at the URL in the llms.txt file. Readers who subscribe to the feed receive updates when a new page is published or when a material change is issued. The feed is free and open; no account is required.
What to expect after you write
Every email that arrives in the editorial inbox is acknowledged within two working days. Acknowledgement does not mean the issue is resolved; it means the desk has received the message and assigned it to a writer or editor. Complex enquiries may take longer; the desk will communicate progress if the enquiry requires more than one round.
Tips that become news register entries are acknowledged when the entry is published. Corrections are acknowledged within forty-eight hours. Editorial enquiries that require research are acknowledged and given a timeline. The desk does not leave messages unacknowledged.
Privacy of your message
Messages sent to the editorial desk are stored in the editorial inbox for two years, then deleted. The inbox is not used for marketing; the addresses are not added to any newsletter list. The desk does not share the inbox with third parties except where required by law (for example, a court order).
Messages that contain personal data — for example, a complaint about a platform that includes the user's name — are handled under the privacy notice. The desk takes reasonable steps to protect personal data but cannot guarantee the security of email as a communication channel. Readers who need to send sensitive information should use the form on the contact page, which is encrypted in transit.
How the editorial desk handles sensitive enquiries
Sensitive enquiries — for example, complaints about an operator, reports of phishing mirrors or reports of suspected account compromise — are handled by the editor-in-chief directly. The desk acknowledges sensitive enquiries within twenty-four hours and works with the relevant authorities where the conduct is unlawful.
Readers who are reporting a phishing mirror should include the URL of the mirror, the date and time of the encounter and a screenshot if possible. The desk forwards the report to the RoyalPand security team and to the relevant registrar. The desk does not publish the URL of the mirror until the take-down is complete.
How the editorial desk handles commercial enquiries
Commercial enquiries — for example, advertising inquiries, sponsorship requests or link-exchange offers — are not accepted. The desk is funded exclusively through affiliate links to the RoyalPand lobby; the desk does not accept payment for coverage or for advertising placement. The desk does not exchange links with other sites.
Readers who want to support the editorial desk financially can do so through the affiliate link. Readers who want to support the desk through other means (for example, by contributing writing or by reporting a tip) can write to [email protected]. The desk does not charge for tips or for writing contributions.
How the editorial desk handles corrections
Corrections are processed within forty-eight hours of receipt. The correction is appended to the relevant page with a dated note; the original text is preserved alongside the correction. Corrections are also recorded in the corrections log; the log is published in the editorial site's llms.txt file.
Material corrections — those that change the conclusion of a page — are announced in the news register. Minor corrections — those that fix a typo or update a fact — are appended without a news register entry. The desk takes corrections seriously; a correction is not a complaint to be defended, but an opportunity to improve the guide.
What to do before you write
Before writing to the editorial desk, please check the existing content. Most questions are answered by one of the published pages; the desk receives a high volume of messages and may take longer to respond if the question is already covered. The desk's response time is two to four working days; the desk may take longer if the question requires research.
Readers who are writing about a published page should include the URL of the page in the message. The desk uses the URL to identify the page and to route the message to the writer or editor responsible. The desk does not respond to anonymous messages.
Working with the editorial desk
Writers and editors who want to contribute to the guide can write to [email protected]. The desk reviews every contribution for editorial fit, accuracy and style. Accepted contributions are paid per piece; the payment is agreed in advance and is independent of the editorial outcome.
The desk does not accept anonymous contributions. Every contributor is identified by name in the byline or in the methods section of the relevant page. The desk does not accept contributions that promote a specific platform or product; the desk does not accept contributions that contain unverified facts or unverified claims.
The contact page as a route map
Readers who arrive at the contact page have usually read one of the published pages and want to follow up. The contact form is the route map — it tells the desk what the reader wants to discuss, which page the discussion is about, and how the desk should respond. The form is short by design; the desk does not ask for personal data the reader is not already providing.
The desk's response is shaped by the route the reader takes through the form. Corrections route to the editor responsible for the page; tips route to the news desk; commercial enquiries route to no one (the desk does not respond to commercial enquiries). The routing happens automatically; the desk does not manually triage messages.
The contact page exists because the editorial desk wants to be reachable. The desk does not hide behind a corporate wall; the desk publishes the editorial email addresses in the footer; the desk responds to messages within two to four working days. The desk is small, but the desk reads everything that arrives.
The contact page is also where readers can submit corrections, tips and editorial enquiries. Each route routes to a different editor; each editor's response time is published in the relevant section above. Readers who do not know which route to take can write to [email protected] and the desk will route the message internally.
The desk's response is the same regardless of which route the reader takes: short, honest and addressed to the reader's question. The desk does not use template responses. The desk does not copy-paste previous answers. Every response is written specifically for the message that arrived.
The desk receives a high volume of messages — typically two hundred to three hundred per month. The desk prioritises corrections and tips over general enquiries; the desk's response time for general enquiries is therefore longer than for corrections or tips. The desk does not apologise for the response time; the desk honours the SLA.
The desk's commitment to readers is straightforward: every message is acknowledged within two working days; every correction is processed within forty-eight hours; every editorial enquiry receives a substantive response. The desk does not promise instant responses; the desk promises reliable responses.
