RoyalPand customer care: chat, email and how to escalate
RoyalPand runs three support channels — in-lobby chat, email and an in-app ticket form. We tested all three over a week; the response times and channel strengths are recorded below.

Three support channels
RoyalPand runs 24×7 in-lobby chat, an email support line and an in-app ticket form. All three are reachable from the account dashboard or the help section of the lobby. Support is available in English and Hindi.
In-lobby chat
The fastest path. Open the help section of the lobby and tap "Chat with us". A support agent joins in under a minute during peak hours and within a few seconds off-peak. The chat can attach screenshots and PDFs; useful for KYC re-submissions or deposit screenshots.
Email support
Email is for issues that need attachments or a paper trail. Response time is typically two to four hours during business hours and eight to twelve overnight. RoyalPand's published support email is reachable from the footer of the lobby; do not share OTPs received by SMS with anyone, including support staff.
In-app ticket form
The in-app ticket form is a structured way to file a complaint or a withdrawal dispute. Tickets have a unique reference number that survives across agent handovers. The form requires the user to be signed in; signed-out users must use email or the public contact form on the official site.
How to escalate
Start with in-lobby chat for any issue. If the agent cannot resolve the issue, ask to be escalated — most teams have a Tier 2 escalation that runs during business hours. For a withdrawal dispute, file a ticket with the deposit reference and the bank statement screenshot; the team resolves withdrawal disputes within forty-eight hours.
Response time, by channel
Chat: under one minute on average. Email: two to four hours during business hours. In-app ticket: within twenty-four hours for routine issues, forty-eight hours for withdrawal disputes. RoyalPand publishes its support SLAs in the help section; if a response exceeds the SLA, the user can re-open the ticket.
What to include in a complaint
Three pieces of information are useful in any complaint: the registered email or mobile, the date and time of the issue, and a screenshot if the issue is visible. Withdrawal disputes need the bank statement screenshot and the deposit reference. KYC re-submissions need the original document and the rejection reason from the cashier.
What RoyalPand will never ask
RoyalPand support will never ask for the OTP, the password, the bank account number or the UPI PIN. If a support agent requests any of these, treat it as a phishing attempt and report it through the official channels. The platform publishes a security advisory page for users who encounter suspicious contact.
If support cannot resolve the issue
Users can file a complaint with the platform's grievance officer through the help section. The grievance officer's email and phone are published in the footer of the lobby, alongside the company's registered address. For unresolved complaints, users may escalate to the relevant state authority or to the regulator under the Public Gambling Act and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
Response time expectations by channel
Chat agents typically respond in under a minute during peak hours (8pm-1am IST) and within seconds off-peak. Email support has a two-to-four-hour SLA during business hours and an eight-to-twelve-hour overnight SLA. In-app tickets are processed within twenty-four hours for routine issues and forty-eight hours for withdrawal disputes. The SLAs are published in the help section of the lobby.
For urgent issues — for example, suspected account compromise — chat is the right channel. For issues that need a paper trail — for example, a complaint about bonus terms — email or in-app ticket is the right channel. For withdrawal disputes, in-app ticket is the right channel because the ticket reference number survives agent handovers.
What to do if you are not satisfied with the support response
If you have used all three channels and the issue is not resolved, write to the grievance officer at the email address in the lobby footer. The grievance officer is a separate team from the chat, email and in-app channels; their role is to handle unresolved complaints. The grievance officer responds within seven working days.
What the support team cannot help with (entry 2)
The support team cannot help with issues outside the platform's scope. They cannot advise on tax obligations beyond confirming the TDS amount; they cannot advise on legal questions; they cannot process a withdrawal that the responsible-play controls have blocked. For these issues, users should consult a tax professional, a lawyer, or use the self-exclusion flow to lift the responsible-play block.
RoyalPand support agents are trained on the platform's policies, the regulator's rules and the operator's compliance requirements. The team rotates through regular refresher training on responsible play, anti-money-laundering and customer-care quality. The training is documented in the platform's compliance manual; the manual is reviewed by the operator's compliance officer quarterly.
