RoyalPand account closure is a single in-dashboard action. The flow is irreversible — once submitted, the account is locked, the balance is settled and the KYC documents are queued for retention-period deletion. This page walks through the steps and the caveats.

Step 1 — Settle the balance
Before initiating closure, withdraw any pending balance. The lobby surfaces a yellow banner if the wallet has unsettled funds; the closure flow will pause until the balance is zero. Bonuses that have not cleared the turnover requirement are forfeited on closure — the closure flow warns about this before submission.
Step 2 — Open the closure form
Account dashboard → Settings → Close account. The form asks for the reason (optional, free text) and a confirmation checkbox. The closure is final once submitted; RoyalPand does not send a confirmation email because the closure is instantaneous.
Step 3 — Confirm
Submitting the form locks the account immediately. The lobby shows a "this account is closed" screen on the next sign-in attempt. The KYC documents are queued for retention-period deletion; the wallet history is retained for the period required by Indian law.
What is deleted
RoyalPand deletes KYC documents and selfie images after the retention period. Personal data — name, email, mobile — is retained for the period required by Indian law, then deleted. The user can request an earlier deletion by writing to the privacy officer; earlier deletion is at RoyalPand's discretion.
What is retained
Game history, transaction history and bonus records are retained for the period required by Indian tax and anti-money-laundering regulations. The user cannot request deletion of these records during the retention period. After the retention period expires, the records are deleted automatically.
If you change your mind
Closed accounts cannot be reopened. A user who wants to play again must create a new account, complete KYC and set up a fresh wallet. The user must use a different email or mobile if the original contact was tied to the closed account; reusing the same contact triggers an automated rejection.
Self-exclusion as an alternative
If the user is closing the account because of a desire to stop playing, self-exclusion is a better fit than closure. Self-exclusion runs for six months, one year or permanent; reactivation requires a cool-off confirmation. The user's account, KYC and balance are preserved; the lobby is locked for the chosen period.
If you cannot complete the form
Some users — particularly those who have lost access to the registered email or mobile — cannot complete the in-dashboard closure form. In that case, write to the privacy officer at the email address in the lobby footer. The privacy officer will verify the user's identity through alternate means and process the closure manually.
Account closure is irreversible. If the goal is to stop playing rather than to leave the platform, self-exclusion preserves the account while locking the lobby for the chosen period.
What happens to in-flight games
If you initiate account closure while in the middle of a table, the closure flow waits for the table to complete. You can finish the current hand; the result is recorded as usual. Closure begins after the hand ends; you cannot start a new table during the closure flow.
For long-running formats — Pool, for example — closure waits for the table to settle. If the table is in elimination mode and you are still in the game, closure waits for you to be eliminated or win the pool. If the table is abandoned, closure is held until the abandonment timer expires.
What happens to bonus credits
Uncleared bonus credits are forfeited on closure. The closure flow warns about this before submission. The forfeiture is irreversible; once you submit the form, the bonus credits are removed from the wallet and cannot be restored.
Cleared bonus credits — those that have already moved to the main wallet balance — are treated as main balance and are withdrawn to the original payment method or settled as part of the closure process. There is no separate bonus-vs-main distinction at closure time; both are part of the wallet total.
What happens to KYC documents on file (entry 2)
KYC documents on file are queued for retention-period deletion after closure. The retention period is set by Indian law; RoyalPand does not delete documents early. The documents are inaccessible to the user during the retention period; the user cannot request a copy after closure. If the user re-opens an account during the retention period, the documents are restored from the on-file copy.
Closed accounts cannot be reopened by the user. The only way to play on RoyalPand again is to create a new account with a different email or mobile number. The new account goes through the full KYC flow from scratch; the closure of the previous account is on record but does not prevent the new account from being opened. Users who closed their account due to responsible-play concerns should consider self-exclusion on the new account as well.
