A hands-on editorial review of the RoyalPand first-party platform. We walked through sign-in, KYC, the cashier and three rounds on Points rummy. This page records what we found.

What RoyalPand is, in one paragraph
RoyalPand is a real-money rummy and skill-game platform operated in India. The platform runs on web, Android and iOS; KYC and the cashier live in the lobby; the rules page is published in the footer of every screen. Players fund the wallet through UPI, Net banking, IMPS or RTGS and withdraw through the same channels.
Sign-in
RoyalPand sign-in is OTP-only. Email or mobile, six digits, sixty-second timer. There is no password to forget. A new device triggers a fresh OTP regardless of any active session elsewhere. The flow is fast enough that we did not notice it after the first visit.
Lobby navigation
The lobby is a four-table grid — Points, Deals, Pool, Tournaments — with stake ranges and live player counts. From sign-in to a sit-down seat is two clicks on web; three on the app. The lobby also shows a verification banner at the top of the cashier until KYC is complete; that banner disappears once the user uploads documents and the penny-drop confirms.
KYC flow
Three steps: PAN or Aadhaar upload, live selfie, penny-drop bank verification. We completed the flow in eleven minutes including the wait for the penny-drop confirmation. The OCR on the document upload is forgiving — minor glare on a phone photo of the PAN did not trigger a re-upload, though it did pause the flow with a yellow banner suggesting a cleaner image.
Withdrawals
RoyalPand runs UPI withdrawals under twenty-four hours once the account is fully verified. IMPS settles within forty-eight hours; RTGS is available on request for amounts above the IMPS cap. The withdrawal TAT is published in the cashier and is generally accurate. A first withdrawal typically takes the longest because the platform double-checks the bank account against the KYC data.
Support
RoyalPand runs 24×7 chat inside the lobby, plus email and an in-app ticket form. The chat is the fastest path; email is for issues that need attachments. We tested the chat with three questions — about the welcome offer terms, the responsible-play controls and the self-exclusion cool-off — and received clear, specific answers within two minutes each.
RTP and RNG
RoyalPand publishes an RNG certificate in the footer of the lobby, signed by an independent testing lab. RTP is not a single number for rummy — the game is skill-based and outcomes depend on player decisions — but the platform publishes house edge per format in the rules page. Responsible-play controls
Four controls are exposed inside the account dashboard: deposit limit, session cap, 24-hour break and self-exclusion.
