How we source
Each entry in the register is sourced from a primary record — a state notification, an operator announcement, a regulatory filing or a court order. Secondary coverage is referenced where the primary record is paywalled or inaccessible. We do not publish an entry based on rumour or speculation; if the primary record cannot be located, the entry is held until it can.
Editorial desk corrections are issued when a published entry turns out to be inaccurate. The correction is appended to the entry with a dated note; the original entry is not silently rewritten.
